David Vinjamuri President
The founder of ThirdWay Brand Trainers, David has over two decades of marketing and management experience. He started his marketing career at Johnson & Johnson where he was a brand manager and new products director. David later worked in marketing for Coca-Cola and led a marketing acquisitions unit for the online advertising company DoubleClick and subsequently led marketing at two smaller companies. David is a graduate of Swarthmore College and the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, where he was a Citicorp Walter Wriston Fellow.

David also teaches branding and social media in the Master of Science in Integrated Marketing program at New York University. David has taught at NYU for ten years.

David writes the “Brand Truth” column online for Forbes. He has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, US News & World Report, Investor’s Business Daily and appeared on BBC World, Fox Business News, MSNBC and Bloomberg TV. David speaks widely and has addressed audiences from Munich to Singapore and has been the featured guest lecturer on the Queen Mary 2, and spoken at conferences from the American Library to American Marketing Association meetings. Publisher’s Weekly called David’s book: Accidental Branding: How Ordinary People Build Extraordinary Brands, “compelling” with “a lively flavor that goes down better than any list of dry strategies.”
   
   
Dawn Leijon Senior Brand Trainer
Dawn Leijon has over 20 years of marketing and strategy experience, working in small business, classic packaged goods, the military, consumer and business-to-business environments. Dawn spent six years at Kraft Foods, gaining experience in strategic planning, consumer and trade promotions, advertising and new product development.

After moving to Washington D.C., Dawn became Marketing Director for the US Army, planning and overseeing $200 million in recruiting advertising and promotions. Dawn has put her powerful combination of strategic thinking and get-it-done project management to work for the Army Reserve Strategic Communications group; Goal Financial, a direct-to-consumer student loan company; and CoStar, a B2B provider of information for the commercial real estate industry. Dawn was also a founding member of the team that conceived, built and launched Wisechoice.com, an online matching service that guides high school students to their best-fit colleges.

Dawn graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. She has taught undergraduate and MBA classes at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business since 2002.

   
     
Eva Lind-Mallo Senior Brand Trainer
Eva spent more than a decade working for multinationals L’Oreal, Wella and CIGNA HealthCare before leaving corporate life to help launch the family business (Gold Medal-winning Mallo Wine from the Alsace region in France) in the US . As a brand manager for Wella, Eva regained market share leadership for the company in Brazil. Joining L’Oreal in New York, Eva launched Redken 5th Avenue NYC in Latin America and the Caribbean. She was responsible for leading Latin American marketing efforts including: training, promotion, launch, pricing, imagery, P&L, PR, personnel, legal and forecasting. She also led the global rollout of Matrix, after its acquisition by L’Oreal from Bristol Meyers Squibb.

Eva graduated magna cum laude from Purdue and earned an International MBA from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business as a fellowship recipient. She has also studied abroad at the Universidad de Madrid and the Universidade de São Paulo and is fluent in French, Spanish and Portuguese.
   
     
Paul Koulogeorge Senior Brand Trainer
Paul has fifteen years of experience in marketing and has worked for Kraft Foods, Coca-Cola and May Department Stores. Paul is the Vice-President of Marketing at EB Games, the world’s largest specialty retailer of video games with over $2 Billion in sales and over 2,000 stores in 9 countries. Paul has been with EB Games since July of 2003. Paul was Director of Marketing for the North Group at Coca-Cola USA, where he was responsible for regional marketing for an 18 state geography composing 1/3 of the US population. At Kraft, Paul worked on the brands teams for Kraft Barbecue Sauce, Bull’s-Eye Barbecue Sauce and the Grocery Division New Products team. Paul has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
   
     
Melinda Lorenz Senior Brand Trainer
Melinda is Associate Professor of Global Marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology, a State University of New York. Melinda has more than a decade of experience developing multinational brands for Fortune 500 companies including L’Oreal, Gillette and Foote, Cone & Belding. At L’Oreal, she was Director of Marketing for International Development and was responsible for the international brand development of Maybelline, the #1 mass cosmetics brand in the US. She earned an MBA from Thunderbird, the Garvin Graduate School of International Management in Arizona, and a BA in Advertising and Latin American Studies from Southern Methodist University.
